Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. During holidays may require additional processing time. Orders placed on holidays may face delays depending on the type of holiday. Additionally, orders placed on Fridays will be affected, as we do not operate on Saturdays.

Shipping Options

We currently offer Standard Shipping only:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 6-15 business days, depending on the item and location. The exact delivery time will be specified at checkout.

• Express Shipping: This option is currently unavailable. When express shipping becomes available, it will be reflected during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the chosen method and delivery location. The exact costs will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to track your order’s delivery progress in real time.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, the request must be made before the order is confirmed. If the cancellation request is made after the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be considered a cancellation but rather a return or refund, and our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
