Return and Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service team within the 15-business-day return window to initiate the return or refund process.
2. The customer must wait until the returned item arrives back at our facility for inspection to ensure it hasn’t been damaged by the customer.
3. We’ll provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
4. If applicable, a restocking fee will be applied.
5. Once the item is evaluated, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
6. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items
